Promotion Code Exclusions
Promotion codes only apply to products that are Fulfilled by Beautinow. Promotion codes exclude the following brands: Pierre Guillaume, Masque Milano, Olibere, Areej Le Dore, Frassai, Bortnikoff, and April Aromatics. Please note that excluded brands and individual items may be amended from time to time at our discretion. Please note you may only redeem one promotion code at a time, so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you access the website, or any other variations of the domain (the "Website"), or place orders to purchase any of the products made available to you on the Website. "Concession Brand" means a third-party seller who sells products to you via the Website.

Registering for a Personal Account and Subscribing to Beautinow Emails
You must be over 16 years old to register for a personal account, subscribe to Beautinow emails, and/or place an order with Beautinow.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. To order products using the Website, we ask you to register for a personal account. Any personal data you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database and may not need to be re-entered with each new order.
You will need to supply us via the online registration form with certain information, including your email address, first name, surname, password, billing address, and, where applicable, different delivery addresses. Once you click on the "Continue" button, this information will be stored in our customer database. You can access, update, or correct your personal account details via the "Beautinow" section of the Website. We will only use the stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and email address and for all activities that are carried out under them. We do not have the means to check the identities of people using the Website and will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or email address is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your password or email address.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms, including for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes. The Ordering Process and Order Confirmation
Your order via our online purchase order form constitutes an offer to us to buy the products you select from the Website. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. All communications will be addressed to the email address you supply when you register.
By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website:
For orders fulfilled by Beautinow, for all other delivery destinations, you are making an offer to Beautinow to deliver the goods described in your order under the Terms of the order.
We have partnered with ‘FedEx,’ who are specialists in international cross-border e-commerce and help manage and localize international shopping experiences. This has enabled us to improve our delivery options, add the ability to pre-pay duties, and pay in local currencies for selected countries. Orders fulfilled by a Concession Brand will be dispatched directly from their warehouse and delivered by their chosen delivery partners.
Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable), you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received.
You will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Confirmation Email") with a summary of the details of your order, which we recommend you print out and keep for your records. The Confirmation Email does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it merely records the fact that Beautinow has received your order. Please check that all details in the Confirmation Email are correct. If not, or if you do not receive a Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer Care Team.
Beautinow will send a second email when we dispatch your goods, which shall constitute our acceptance of your order (the "Acceptance Email"), at which point a binding contract of sale for products will be concluded between you and us or between you and the Concession Brand, as applicable.
We will retain a record of all orders accepted by us. You can find details about your recent orders by logging into your account.
Resale of a Product
You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or any samples that you may receive from us.
Your Use of the Website
By accepting the Terms, you confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate, and up to date in all respects and at all times.
You agree that in using the Website, you will not:
Use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the site or access to the site to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way.
Use the Website for any purpose that could damage the name of Beautinow, a Concession Brand, or any goodwill attached to the Website.
Use the Website for criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity or in any manner that would cause harm or distress to any third party.
Access or attempt to access the accounts of other users or attempt to penetrate the Website security measures.
Use the Website for any purpose other than your personal use.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these restrictions or if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behavior. This shall not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate.
Prices, Delivery Charges, and Payment
The price of a product shall be as stated on this Website at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error. We try to ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In such circumstances, we will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel, no payment will be taken; or if payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
All orders are dispatched within the EU, so you will not be charged any additional taxes or duties if you live in a member state of the EU.
You confirm that the payment credentials being used are yours. Your payment credentials will be subject to validation checks and authorization by our payment processing provider.
Fraudulent payment credentials will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment credentials refuses to authorize payment, we will not accept your order. Neither we nor any Concession Brand or Beautinow will be responsible for any delay or non-delivery, and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your payment credentials issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your payment in accordance with your order.
Delivery and Ownership
We accept orders for delivery to the majority of countries. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. For orders fulfilled by Beautinow, we will endeavor to dispatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and, in any event, within 4 working days beginning the day after you place your order.
If we are unable to dispatch the product within that time, we will email you to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

You are only responsible for the product when it is delivered to you.
If for any reason you do not receive your delivery, please note that we will only consider claims for lost items sent:
30 days after the latest due date for UK orders
45 days after the latest due date for EU orders
60 days after the latest due date for International orders
Additionally, we will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbor. Beautinow is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen package claims of orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company. Beautinow is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. If the delivery company claims that the product has been delivered at the address provided by the buyer, then we also will not offer any refund. If the wrong address is provided by the buyer, we also will not offer a refund.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the product in any way (for example, if there is obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport), please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
You have certain rights under the law. These include:
That any products supplied by us or a Concession Brand will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website.
A right to cancel your order within 14 days, beginning the day after you receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see "Return of non-faulty goods" below).
Cancellation can be communicated by contacting our customer service through our internal email system or by setting up a ticket.
For every return, "evidence" in the form of a picture is required.
Kindly package the Product appropriately to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Please ensure that you return any free gifts that were included with your returned items or order. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund. Kindly keep in mind that we do not accept returns of personalized products. If you fail to take reasonable care of returned products or fail to return them to us, we shall be entitled to charge you for any losses we suffer. We reserve the right to refuse orders from clients who have an unusual or suspicious return history.
Return of Non-Faulty Goods
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund, providing:
You notify us in writing that you are canceling your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day after you receive the product.
You have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return - in particular, they must not have been damaged. Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact.
You provide photographic evidence of the item before returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
You may give us notice of cancellation by any written means (including email or letter), but it will speed up the process for you and us if you contact us using the ticket system.
Please ensure that none of the seals are broken and that the product is fit for resale. We may deny the option of a return if the seal has been opened.
If you fail to return a free gift associated with your returned items or order, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
Allergic Reaction Policy
Occasionally, individuals may have allergic reactions to certain ingredients in perfume products. If you experience an allergic reaction, we recommend that you stop using the product and consult a doctor immediately.
Please contact our team within 48 hours of using the product with the following details:
The perfume you had the reaction to.
Type of reaction you experienced.
How long after applying the product did the allergic reaction occur.
Whether you consulted a healthcare professional after the reaction.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the value of the product that caused an allergic reaction after you return the perfume to us. Please note that the product must be used less than 5%. If the product has been used beyond this limit, the return will not be accepted.
Beautinow reserves the right to request a doctor's letter and/or a photo of the reaction together with the product in order to issue the refund.
Legal Obligations and Limitations on Liability
For orders fulfilled by Beautinow, we accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents.
You have certain rights under the law, including the right to receive products that are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect these statutory rights.
If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach, up to a maximum of the purchase price of your order.
Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights
Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, design rights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights belonging to us or third parties.
The Website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may electronically copy and print only those areas of the Website necessary for shopping. Any other use requires our express written permission.
Data Breach
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Beautinow will document a full risk assessment and determine the required actions. If the breach is likely to result in a risk to individuals, we will report it to the data protection supervisory authority and inform affected individuals within 72 hours.
General
We will do our best to resolve any disputes over these Terms. If legal proceedings are necessary, they must take place in the Netherlands, under Dutch law.
If any of these Terms are found to be invalid by a court, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
